All hair accessory sales are FINAL: unless something is reported wrong/flawed with the item within 5 days.
Each item is hand cut, hand tied, and sewn with lots of love and joy. Nylon headbands are one size and all clips vary depending on the size of the bow. Unless otherwise noted, I will use my best judgement on the size of clips. All bows have raw edges unless otherwise noted.
All clothing is handmade to order. If an error occurs with your order (i.e. wrong item sent) PLEASE SEND EMAIL WITHIN 5 DAYS. I can not guarantee any changes/refunds after 5 days.
Mystery items- NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES. These are heavily discounted items, no exceptions.
